Supporters from Tegal Convey Confidence to Farmers about Import Problems When Meeting Prabowo

Pojok Warta. A Prabowo-Sandiaga supporter from Tegal named Rahman (45) walked for 20 days to meet Prabowo Subianto. He recounted the complaints of farmers in Tegal who called the current government too much import.

"I am touched by the people who are now expressing their disappointment, their economic sadness from small farmers such as fertilizers, let alone regret from these farmers, there is still a lot of rice imports," Rahman said at Prabowo's residence, Jalan Kertanegara No. 4, South Jakarta, Thursday.

Prabowo also accommodates these aspirations. "God willing, we will not import later. Our people are working," Prabowo answered.
Rahman also expressed his desire to have a president from the military. He called the military more concerned with small communities like himself.

"I am happy with a TNI because the TNI is more populist about small people. True patriot, Prabowo who once defended his country, defended the sovereignty of the NKRI namely Timor Leste. He was a true partner for the Indonesian nation," Rahman said.

The Prabowo and Rahman conversations took place openly and were covered by the media crew. To Prabowo, Rahman claimed to be able to cook especially chicken noodles. Prabowo welcomed him jokingly.
"You cook try chicken noodles to me later tonight. Try it. After a long time open in front of Pak Rahman's chicken noodles," said Gerindra's Ketum.

Prabowo also asked about Rahman's work and hopes of Rahman. He thanked him for the support given by Rahman.
"Thank you, Pak Rahman, for showing your support to me and Mr. Sandi," answered Prabowo.
